Warrior 1
- Begin by standing with your feet together
- Take your right foot and move it one giant step back while you bend your left knee
- Your left toes should be pointing forward and your right toes should be pointing to the right
- Now, raise your arms up above your head and look up towards the sky
- Next, repeat Warrior 1 pose on the opposite side
Warrior 3
- Begin by standing straight with your feet together
- Slowly raise your right leg up behind you
- Stretch both arms out in front of you by your ears
- Look down at the floor and keep your arms in a straight line with your leg
- You want your body to look like a “T”
- Balance for as long as you can, then try the opposite side!
Cobra
- Begin by lying flat on your belly with your chin resting on the floor
- Place your hands on each side of your chest with your palms facing down
- Breathe in and push your hands up so your arms are straight
- Arch your back and look towards the sky
- Breathe out and slowly lower back down
- Repeat Snake pose as many times as you like!
Bow
- Begin by lying on your belly with your chin resting on the floor
- Bend your knees and bring your feet towards your back
- Grab your ankles with your hands
- Breathe in as you push your feet up and lift your head and chest off the ground
- Hold for as long as you can, then breathe out and slowly lower back to the floor
- Repeat Bow pose as many times as you like
