- Begin by kneeling
- Take both hands and place them on the small of your back
- With your fingers pointing down, push your hips forward and lift your chest to the sky
- Arch your back and keep your head looking up
- If you want a challenge, keep arching back until you can grab your ankles with each hand!
Snake
- Begin by lying flat on your belly with your chin resting on the floor
- Place your hands on each side of your chest with your palms facing down
- Breathe in and push your hands up so your arms are straight
- Arch your back and look towards the sky
- Breathe out and slowly lower back down
- Repeat Snake pose as many times as you like!
